报名是博士生招生工作的一个重要环节，文章首先根据博士生报名工作的特点阐述了建设博士生报名系统的必要性，然后分析了博士生报名系统的主要功能需求和非功能需求，最后论述了基于WEB 技术设计博士生网上报名系统来提高博士生报名数据采集效率的主要实现思路。

Registration is an important link in Doctoral student enrollment system. First the necessity of constructing registration system of Doctor are elaborated according to the feature of registration work for Doctor, then this paper concludes the functional requirement and non-functional requirement of registration system of Doctor, finally, the paper discusses the main design method to improving data acquisition efficiency of the design of registration system for Doctor Based on Web technology.
