英文摘要 | India's “Delinking Degrees from Jobs”policy evolution is not only the result of the interaction between higher education development and social development,but also the result of higher education policy having met the social requirements. Though the causes of the phenomenon of over-education in China and India are not identical, the methods and policies in India dealing with the problem of knowledge unemployment are important references to China. According to China's national conditions,we can deal with the tension between degrees and jobs from three levels of personal development,education and management and social policy research so as to alleviate the problem of unemployment effectively. |
