我国普通高校投资的几点变化

On Some Changes with Higher Education Investment in China

论文通过对1998-2009 年间我国普通高校投资总量的变化、普通高校政府投入的变化、普通高校民间投资的变化、普通高校的个人投入——学费与居民消费支出的变化以及普通高校生均经费的变化（包括生均教育经费及生均预算内教育经费在部属与地方高校之间的差异，本科与专科高职之间的差异，东部、中部、西部地区高校间的差异）等方面的分析，得出若干研究结论。

This paper draws some conclusions through the analysis on the changes of higher education gross investment, changes between government investment and higher education institution investment, changes of private investment in higher institution, changes between personal investment-tuition and consumer expenditure and changes of funding per capita in Chinese higher education institutions in respect of educational funding per capita and budget funding per capita between state-supervised and provincial colleges, universities and vocational colleges and colleges in eastern, central and western areas. This paper also proposes discussion on certain issues.
