企业数字化学习资源建设研究

The Research on the Construction of Digital Learning Resources in Large Scaled Enterprise

文章对学习资源建设相关文献进行了梳理，分析了学习资源建设流程和框架，以成人学习理论为支撑，结合大型企业学习资源建设经验与教训，对企业数字化学习资源建设进行了初步研究，构建了企业数字化学习资源建设框架（833 框架），并对其中的需求、规划、分析、设计、开发、审核、应用、评价8 个环节进行了阐述。

Based on related researches about the construction of learning resources, with the support of adult learning theory, this paper studied the construction of learning resources in large scaled enterprise. By analyzing the process and framework of the construction of learning resources and summarizing the practices of learning resource construction in large scaled enterprise, this study gave a framework of learning resource construction in large scaled enterprise (833 framework), and explained the eight phases in the framework requirement, plan, analysis, design, development, audit, utilization and evaluation.
