学科竞赛驱动下的大学生自主开放实验创新探索——以全国大学生管理决策模拟大赛为例

Innovation on the Independent and Open Experiment of the Student Driving by the Discipline Competition——The Case foe National Management Decision Simulation Competition

学科竞赛作为大学生自主开放实验的重要载体，通过知识学习原动力、能力培养内动力、荣誉与经济激励动力和学分吸引动力等四大驱动力，激发学生自主进行开放实验。文章结合开放实验“项目超市”，以全国大学生管理决策大赛为例，创新性探索学科竞赛学生自主开放实验项目实验模式，是培养大学生主动学习与创新实践的一条有效途径。

Discipline competitions as an important carrier driving through knowledge learning, ability training, honor and economic incentiving, credits to attracting motivate college students independently and open to experiment.This paper based on the open experimental "project supermarket", as the case for National Management Decision Simulation Competition,innovates a model of independent and open experiment.It is an effective way to cultivate the students active learning and innovation practice.
