利用“国培计划”促进“农远工程”有效应用

The Use of "National Teacher Training Program" to Promote the Effective Application of "National Rural Modern Distance Education Project"

根据对安徽省部分农村中小学调查发现，由于农村地区教师缺乏现代教育技术理论知识与信息技术能力，使得项目使用效率较低，作用未能得到充分发挥，同时中小学教师国家级培训计划由于针对性不强，不能有效满足农村中小学教师需求。文章就如何利用中小学教师国家级培训计划促进“农远工程”项目发展，提出了“国培计划”有必要与“农远工程”相融合，并探讨了融合方法。

The implementation of these project and program has promoted educational reform in rural schools, and improved the quality of education in rural areas. However, some problems in the implementation should not be ignored. As the results of a survey on schools in some rural areas of Anhui Province show, rural teachers' lack of theoretical knowledge about modern education technology and information technology capability leads to the low efficiency of this project, which does not give its full play. Meanwhile, the poor pertinence of "National Teacher Training Program" cannot effectively meet the demand of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools. This paper explores into taking advantage of "National Teacher Training Program" to promote the effective application of "National Rural Modern Distance Education Project", and puts forward the necessity and ways to integrate them.
