傳染病防治遊戲教材之推廣成效評估研究

An Investigation into Popularization Results of Game-based Teaching Materials for Infectious Disease Prevention

本文旨在探討傳染病防治遊戲教材之推廣成效。自編信、效度良好之「傳染病防治遊戲教材光碟推動成效之調查問卷」兩份，包括行政人員版與教師版，作為評估推廣成效之評量工具。抽取高屏地區公立國中小與公私立幼稚園之行政人員與教師各200人，共400人，進行實地問卷調查，蒐集所得實證資料經多變量變異數分析、徑路影響性分析之後，發現不同性別、學歷之行政人員或教師對傳染病防治遊戲教材光碟推廣整體成效之各構面不具顯著差異性，但不同年齡卻呈現顯著差異：傳染病防治遊戲教材之使用效益在中大型學校較為明顯，而具備健康相關領域專長之行政人員與教師亦皆明顯認同與支持傳染病防治遊戲教材光碟之推廣價值。此外，從行政人員觀點發現，防疫遊戲教材之推廣適切度、行政支援度、應用成效度愈高，則整體滿意度愈明顯：而從教師觀點發現，防疫機制落實愈徹底，則整體成效愈明顯。最後，本研究根據研究結果對傳染病防治遊戲教材之推廣模式提出相關建議。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the popularization results of game-based teaching materials for infectious disease prevention. First， two forms of questionnaire， for administrators and teachers respectively， were designed to reveal the results and performances. Based on research goals， the questionnaire survey approach was employed to examine a total of 400 administrators and teachers working at preschools， or at public schools， in the areas of Kaohsiung and Pingtung. The data were collected and analyzed statistically， with suitable approaches to deliver tome significant results， concerning popularization results of the prevention of infectious diseases. Findings of the results showed useful information to effectively popularize game-based teaching materials for prevention of infectious diseases in the future.
