国内外中学语文教师能力素质模型研究综述

A Review on Competency Model of Chinese Teacher in Secondary School at home and aboard

能力素质模型(Competency Model)也叫"胜任特征模型",是指承担某一特定的职位角色所应具备的能力素质特征要素的总和。中学语文教师是一个重要的工作岗位,关系到中华民族传统文化启蒙和传承,关系到我国基础教育、素质教育的实施及实现。新课程改革标准,对中学语文教师的能力素质提出了更高的要求。本文梳理近十年国内外关于中学语文教师能力素质模型的相关研究,为科学、合理地构建中学语文教师能力素质模型提供借鉴。

Competence Model is the sum of the ability and quality characteristics that a specific job role should have. Chinese teacher is a important work, but only related to the enlightenment and tradition of traditional culture, but also related to the implement of basic education and realization of quality education. There are higher demand on competency of Chinese teacher in Reform of New Curriculum standard. The aim is to provide a reference for constructing scientific and logical competency model of Chinese teacher in secondary school by a review study at home and aboard.
