发达地区家庭教育事业发展中的基本问题及其改进对策——以广东珠江三角洲地区为例

Basic Problems and Improvement Countermeasures in the Development of Family Educational Cause in Developed Areas: Taking the Pearl River Region as the example

本文在调查的基础上,分析和概括了我国发达地区家庭教育事业发展中的问题,这就是对于家庭教育和家庭教育事业的认识模糊、家庭教育工作的管理体制没有理顺、缺乏开展家庭教育工作的经费、缺乏数量适宜和质量过硬的家庭教育工作队伍、家长学校的办学效益与教学质量水平偏低、无法满足指导家长提高教育子女水平的要求、特殊人群的家庭教育工作相当急迫。最后,从努力使领导干部认识家庭教育事业的重要性、逐步完善各地家庭教育事业的领导管理体制、努力扩大家庭教育事业发展的经费来源三方面提出了推动区域家庭教育发展的关键措施。

This paper analyzed and summarized basic problems of family education in developed areas in China based on large investigations. It showed that people has a lot of ambiguous understanding of family education and the cause of family education, the organization of the family education work' management system of is not so logically, the funds of family education work is in a shortage, the family education work teams with appropriate quantity and high quality are very needed, educational efficiency and teaching standards of parent schools are in low level, the demands to guide parents to improve their children's education can't be satisfied, the family education work about special group of people is very urgent.
In the last, key strategies to improve the development of district family education are proposed, which includes making leaders realize the importance of family educational cause, gradually improving the leaders' management systems of family educational cause in different areas, trying to broaden the sources of money to the development of family educational cause.
