中文摘要 | 如何将培养高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才这一高等教育的目标转化为大学阶段有效的教育教学活动,使具备创新潜质的大学生直接受益,是高校必须面对的现实问题。本研究使用清华大学教育研究院"中国大学生学习性投入调查2009"数据,将大学本科生分为"获国际/全国大奖"的学生、获普通奖的学生和没有获奖的学生三组,使用数理统计方法,说明三类学生在学习行为及创新力提高上是否存在差异;通过控制学生的人口学变量,分析个性特质、环境变量以及个体与环境的互动投入等因素与学生得奖与否及创新力提高的关系;揭示这些因素影响不同学生创新力提高的途径和程度,为研究型大学改革教育教学,加强创新人才培养提供政策建议。 |
英文摘要 | The Outline of China s National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020) has explicitly mentioned that higher education needs to cultivate high quality expertise and innovative personnel. It should be considered by higher education institutions to transform the aim into educational activities to benefit undergraduates who have creative potential. Based on the data of Chinese College Student Survey collected by the Institute of Education, Tsinghua University, the sample is divided into three groups, i.e. students winning international/national award, students winning other awards, students not winning awards. Using statistical methods, the study analyzes whether the degree of students' creativity enhancement among three groups is significantly different, examines the relationships between winning awards and creativity enhancement, explores how the factors, such as personal characteristics, environmental variable, engagement and interaction, influence students' creativity enhancement. |
