中文摘要 | 本文以个案研究法和访谈法,对高校公益性学生组织进行了质性分析。研究表明,高校公益性学生组织运作具有较强的“社会嵌入性”和“智力性公益”特点;社会价值思潮的牵引拉力、组织的聚合内力、高校管理的推力构成其运作机制的三要素,但其中高校管理推力是弱项。高校与政府或社会公益组织合作成立高校公益性学生组织培育中心,形成对公益性学生组织纵横结合的扶持网络,是解决这一弱项问题的可能途径,有助于扩展组织的育人功能与服务社会功能。 |
英文摘要 | This study finds out that the operating mechanism of student philanthropy organizations in higher education institutions are characterized by strong "social embeddedness" and "intellectual input" through qualitative analysis of four organizations. The operating mechanism is formed with society values "driving force, the aggregate internal forces within organization and the management forces of higher education institutions, which prove to be relatively weak. Higher education institutions may cooperate with government or social philanthropy organizations to set up a training center so that a support network of student philanthropy organizations can be established. This is a possible way to address the above-mentioned weakness,and helps to expand the educational and social service functions of student Dhilanthronv organizations. |
