The Status quo and Policies of International Geographical Mobility of Teacher in the European Union

欧盟教师的国家间流动是欧盟教师流动中的一个突出问题。鉴于教师国家间流动在欧盟具有特殊的政治意义，欧盟及其成员国制定了多层面、多形式的教师流动政策。本文一方面分析了欧盟教师国家间流动的现状与特点；另一方面，探讨了针对该现状，欧盟及其成员国在立法保障、政策支持和教育方案等方面的具体举措。

International Geographical Mobility of Teache r is an outstanding concept in the sphere of teacher mobility in the EU. Due to the special political significance, the EU and its members have formulated policies on teacher's mobility in different perspective and in many forms. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the current teacher international geographical mobility in the EU. The paper also discusses the regulations made by the EU and its members on the legislation, policy support and education schemes based on the current situation.
