英文摘要 | Low- performing school turnaround has been one of the concerns in America, and leadership is a crucial influencing factor. The principals successfully turnaround low-performing schools have some special competencies. Based on these competencies and through Behavioral Event Interview(BEI), it is possible to select the right principals to turnaround low- performing schools successfully. |
