中文摘要 | 全球性知识爆炸给社会各个层面带来的机会迅速激增。尽管传统办学机构依然极其重要,但是要应对如此快速的变化也并非易事,同时这种变化给它们带来的压力也是巨大无比的。各种新理念、新机构以及随之而来的新文化,是传统办学机构必须面对的问题,而解决这些问题的关键在于如何一方面合理控制各种机会所蕴藏的能量和创新潜力,一方面有效驾驭、疏导和强化这种态势。尽管这种现象在各种教育层面都有体现,但是它们对职业教育的影响要远比对教育中其他领域的影响更为显现和具体。通过透视那些行业性较强、监管结构较为完善的职业教育,可以更容易了解其中的关键问题和制定相应的解决方案。这样做或许要比对整个教育领域进行重新规划要来得容易一些。基于这种思考,笔者认为,在应对某些具体挑战时,韩国的职业教育学分银行实践经验和做法或许有值得借鉴的地方,同时也希望这些经验能对其他相类似的教育实践提供诊断和模式探究方面的参考。 |
英文摘要 | The global explosion of accessible knowledge has simultaneously generated an enormous surge at all social levels to leverage the opportunities. Traditional educational facilities, while still vitally necessary, are finding it is challenging, even overwhelming, to adapt to the change. The pressing conceptual, organizational and cultural alternations urge them to thoughtfully master, guide and intensify the power and innovation potential of various opportunities. While this situation applies to all disciplines of education,its impacts in vocational education field is more evident and more precisely framed than in general areas. Through the perspective on those highly structured and monitored vocational education, it may be easier to disclose crucial issues and posit solutions than attempting to restructure the vast scope of learning generally. In this regard, the historical experience of Korea and its development of the Credit Banking System may provide reference for some specific challenges and possible solutions, and by that serve as an excellent diagnostic and exploratory model. |
