中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探讨电大教师心理资本与工作倦怠的关系。研究采用心理资本量表、工作倦怠量表对550名电大教师进行测试,研究结果显示:淤电大教师轻度工作倦怠的检出率为33.2%,中度工作倦怠的检出率为35.7%,高度工作倦怠的检出率为4.3%;于不同性别、教龄类型电大教师的工作倦怠状况存在显著差异;盂心理资本总分及其四个维度—自信、希望、坚韧性、乐观都与工作倦怠的总分及三个维度呈显著负相关;榆分层回归的结果显示,在控制人口学变量后,坚韧性、乐观对工作倦怠有显著的负向影响(β=-0.13、-0.17,P<0.05、0.01)。文章最后提出可以通过提升电大教师的心理资本以降低其工作倦怠水平。 |
英文摘要 | This study is to explore the relationship between psychological capital and Burnout Symptoms of teachers of Radio and TV Universities. 550 teachers of Radio and TV Universities were assessed by Psychological Capital Questionnaire and a Job Burnout Scale. The study showed that 1)the proportion of slight burnout is 33.2% , that of moderate burnout is 35. 7% , and that of high burnout is 4.3% ;2) there were significant discrepancies between gender and years of teaching in their level of burnout Showed;3)psychological capital, four dimensions of psychological capitalconfidence, hope, optimism and resiliency, were related to job burnout and its three dimensions;4) hierarchical regression indicated that standard regression coefficient of optimism and resiliency on job burnout were negative and significant (β= -0.13、-0.17, P<0.05 or 0.01) after controlling the demography variables. It is possible to decrease job burnout of teachers of Radio and TV Universities by increasing their psychological capital levels. |
