英文摘要 | “Excellence”and“Symbiosis”are the important themes of the education in the 21st century, which is well reflected in the strategic plan of UKfs 14-19 teenager education The plan is earned out by in accordance with the principles of scientific planning,overall cooperating, positive feedback as well as gradually achieving and emphasizes on the integration of education for all with individual development, the balance of overall quality development with crucial ability development, and the co-development of vocational education with academic education It is to meet the governments needs of the new century focusing on developing the teenagers’ excellence, promoting the symbiosis of multi-aspect education and co-developing education, economy and culture |
