中文摘要 | 目前政府和教改團體並沒有針對重大教育政策與教師福利政策做相關深入研究,所以本研究將調查當前主要教育政策、教育實施成效、教師面臨的問題與福利等議題研提改善措施,主要透過文件分析法和焦點訪談法蒐集有關資料,期盼透過本研究讓教育的期望具體落實在教育政策中,且讓教育工作者獲得尊嚴、受到激勵,進而提升教育品質。 |
英文摘要 | At present the government and the educational reform association does not the related deep research in view of the significant educational policy and the teacher welfare policy, therefore this research will investigate subjects on welfare of current main educational policy, the education implementation result, the teacher face grinds proposes. Mainly penetrates the document analytic method and the focused interview collection pertinent data, hoped for that lets the education by this research the expectation carry out specifically in the educational policy, and lets the educator obtain the dignity, receive stirs up, then promotion education quality. |
