中文摘要 | 本研究旨在了解幼稚園階段的幼兒之職業抱負為何?以及不同性別與幼兒職業抱負之關聯性。研究採用立意抽樣,抽取台南縣市公私立幼兒園大班1044名幼兒為樣本進行研究。研究結果顯示,(一)老師、警察、醫生是幼兒最想從事的職業。男幼兒較喜歡警察、消防隊員、機長船長、軍人與司機之職業,女幼兒則較喜歡從事護士、藝術家、明星與美容美髮之工作。而老師、警察、護士是幼兒職業抱負性別比例差異較大的三項職業。(二)不論男女,社會型之職業都是大班幼兒職業抱負之首選。除此之外,男幼兒較喜愛實際型與研究型之職業,女幼兒則偏愛藝術型之職業。(三)若以職業社會聲望論之,男女幼兒均喜愛主管與專業人員之工作,此外,男幼兒較喜歡服務與半技術之工作,女幼兒較喜歡技術與半專業之工作。最後,根據研究結果提出相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | The present study aims to understand what occupational aspirations children at the stage of kindergarden may have and the correlation between the genders of chidren and their occupational aspirations. Purposive sampling is adopted in the study to sample 1,044 children from senior classes of kindergartens in Tainan city and Tainan county. The study shows that: a. Teachers, police officers and doctors are the occupations the children wish to pursue the most. Male children prefer occupations such as police officers and fire fighters, while female children prefer to pursue occupations like nurses, artists, stars, beauticians, and hairdressers. Teachers, police officers and nurses are the three occupations where the ratios of occupational aspirations to child genders show more significant difference. b. Regardless of their genders, social type occupations are top choices among the occupationalaspirations of senior class children. Furthermore, male children favor realistic type and investigative type occupations, whereas female children prefer artistic type ones instead. c. As far as social prestige is concerned, both male and female children like managerial and rofessional positions. Additionally, male children are found to prefer service and semi-technical occupations, and female children like technical and semi-professional occupations more. Lastly, relevant suggestions are made based on the results of the study. |
