高校外语信息资源建设及利用研究

A Study on the Development and Utilization of Universities Foreign Language Information Resources

在信息技术与外语课程全面整合的教学环境下，外语信息资源的重要性日趋明显。研究者以常州三所本科院校为研究对象，采用定性分析与定量研究相结合的方法，通过实地调查、问卷与访谈的形式，对信息资源多元化建设过程中的问题进行调查研究，并对外语信息资源利用率低下的现状做出归因分析，提出推动外语信息资源进一步合理建设和有效利用的对策与建议。

With the integration of information technology and the English course， foreign information resources are becoming more and more important. An empirical research is conducted in three universities of Changzhou by means of field survey， questionnaires and in-depth interviews， aiming at gaining further insight into the problems in the development of diverse information resources. Attribution analysis is made to make known the reasons causing the low efficiency of information resources. Moreover， some suggestions and strategies are proposed as to the optimization of information resources in the process of learning and teaching of foreign languages.
