Influencing Factors of Learning Participation in Virtual Class and Promoting Strategies

虚拟课堂已经成为高校教育教学活动中的一种重要形式，学习者参与学习的态度、广度与深度直接影响着虚拟课堂的教学效果。虚拟课堂的设计者、组织者需要充分认识影响学习者参与度的关键要素，并通过对关键要素的有效利用、设计和控制才能提升虚拟课堂的活力。鉴于实践中学生浅层、消极参与的现象，论文从学习准备、学习动机、学习环境与学习过程的组织管理等方面分析了影响参与度的因素，并提出了相应的策略。

Virtual Class has become one of important teaching activity patterns in higher education， The learner s attitude， broadness and deepness of learning participation influence the teaching effects derectly. The designer and organizer should recognize， utilize， design and control the key Influencing Factors of learning participation in order to promote the vitality of VC. Considering the problems of student s negative and superficial pariticipation， the influencing factors such as learnig preparation， motivation， environment， management of learning process are discussed and relative strategies are presented in this paper.
