By taking the opportunity of the multimedia competition and taking the projected training as the carrier ，construct the “Four Modernizations” long-effect mechanism which multimedia competition should be platform-based environment， project-based activities credit-based trainings， management systematized， set up a distinct platform for practice and contest ， emphasize and intensify the practice and creation process， to foster the students' practical innovation and enterprise ability and improve students' comprehensive quality.
