在网络环境下，自主学习是学生重要的学习方式。以现代学习理论和教育思想为指导，文章结合广西民族大学网络下学生自主学习的特点、网络课程设计的内容以及系统的开发与应用。指出要有创新的管理体制和考核评价制度，对学生的自主学习给予公正的评价和肯定，激励学生利用网络自主学习，使网络课程发挥更大的作用。

Autonomous learning is an important way of learning in the network surroundings. By the advanced education idea and the modern theory of learning， and Guangxi University for Nationalities network course with the case， this paper discusses and analyses the characteristics of autonomous learning， the contents of network course design， and the development and implementation of network course system. Having innovative management system and evaluation system to give a fair evaluation and recognition for the students， encouraging students using the Internet and network course to autonomous learning， and the network-course will to play a greater role.
