Evolution and Implications of America National Education Technology Plans

文章介绍了美国四个国家教育技术规划的发展历程，探析美国教育信息化在建设重心转移、学生能力培养定位、学习时空规划、学生评价改革及教师教育变革等方面的变革发展，最后结合我国的实际情况，总结出美国国家教育技术规划沿革对现阶段我国教育信息化建设在顶层设计、学生核心能力培养定位、促进教育技术的深入应用、确保师生可持续发展及推动终身学习体系构建方面的启示。

Based on the review of the evolution progress of four America National Education Technology Plans(NETP)， this paper first explores the transformation and development of educational informationization in America in terms of its focus， capacity building， learning space and time construction， innovations in student assessment and teacher education. Several suggestions are proposed for educational informationization in China， including top design， core capacity building， effective application of educational technology， teachers' and students' continuous development and establishing a lifelong learning system.
