对人大复印资料《高等教育》转载论文的统计分析显示，1999年至2009年间，接受研究资助的论文数量和比重呈上升趋势，国际文献占参考文献的比例也在逐年上升;反映出在世纪之交的十年，随着公共科研经费投入的增长和国际交流的扩大，我国高等教育研究正在发生以＂经费依赖＂与＂国际化＂为主要特征的模式转型。

Statistical analysis of ＂Higher Education＂ shows that the number and proportion of funded papers rise， and the proportion of international literature as references is also increasing year by year from 1999 to 2009.In the decade of the turn of the century， with the growth of public research funding and the expansion of international exchanges， China s higher education research is undergoing the model transition， with ＂funding dependency＂ and ＂internationalization＂ as the main features of transition.
