中文摘要 | "十二五\"时期我国经济社会发展面临重大转型,转变教育发展方式将成为教育"十二五"规划的主线。本文从教育的目标、任务、驱动力、体制等方面,从宏观视角分析,运用定性定量方法,对转变教育发展方式进行了研究和讨论,认为"十二五\"时期我国教育应追求大国办强教育,提高质量、公平和适应性,全民教育驱动,完善制度体系和提高全社会教育总投入等等。 |
英文摘要 | The twelfth five-year plan will be the key period of the economic and social transition and development in China. The transition of development mode of education will be the key issue in the twelfth five-year plan of education. This paper discussed the target, mission, drive-force, and institutional system of the transition of development mode of education though both qualitative and qualitative analyses from the perspective of macroscopic. The conclusion is that the nation should strengthen the whole education, improve the quality, equity and adaptability, consummate the institutional system, and increase the total educational input during the twelfth five-year plan. |
