中文摘要 | 农民观念落后一直被认为是导致中等职业教育困境的重要原因。本研究通过分析认为,农民对子女的职业教育选择是有理性的,中等职业教育遭遇困境的深层原因是社会结构的变迁导致其办学功能发生了从地位教育到生存教育的蜕变,从而与受教育者个体的利益诉求产生了落差。要破解困境,需要尊重受教育者的个人利益,增进个人职业教育选择的制度安排,增强中等职业教育发展的内驱力,实现从设计模式到内生模式的转变。 |
英文摘要 | The farmers undeveloped ideas are regarded as the main reason for the predicaments of middle vocational education. However, this study finds that farmers choice towards the vocational education for their children is rational, the underlying causes of the predicaments are the changes of social structure, which evoke the functions change of school running, from the status education to surviving education. In order to solve the predicaments, the individual interest of the educated should be respected, the vocational education system for personal choices should be improved, and the inner driving force for vocational education needs to be strengthened and finally, the change from the design model to inner model can be realized. |
