中文摘要 | 改革开放以来,我国教育事业取得了长足发展,但基础教育资源短缺、教育投入不足的问题一直存在。本文采用数据包络分析法中的投入主导型模型对全国农村普通小学1997年-2008年的总体效率进行评价,探讨产出相对固定情况下投入量的改进。这种研究不仅可以从整体上把握较长时间段内我国农村普通小学总体资源配置的相对效率变化情况,而且能够对总体投入的冗余率进行计算,为政策改进提供决策依据。 |
英文摘要 | Since the reform and opening up, great progress has been made in Chinese education, but there still remain various problems, such as the shortage of education resource, the insufficient investment, and so on. This paper adopts the investment leading model for data envelopment analysis, evaluates the overall efficiency of rural average elementary school from 1997 to 2008,and explores the improvement of the input when the output is relatively fixed. This paper, can not only grasp the relative efficiency of overall resources allocation of rural average elementary school in China during a long period, but also calculate the redundant rate of the overall investment, which provides the valid decision-making for government. |
