英文摘要 | The education problem of local Taiwanese has been particularly concerned, and the favored policies concerning their children s entrance to higher schools are effective measures to change the long-standing unfavorable family backgrounds of the local Taiwanese and realize education equality and social justice based on the concept of "a positive treatment to differences". Based on the study of this policy s evolution, the present paper explores its current development under the scene of multicultural education and analyses several focal point s concerning the implementation of the policies. |
