法国学前教育的显著特点是全面普及、均衡发展。这得益于法国政府较早把学前教育看成是教育系统的有机组成部分。国民教育部全面负责学前教育事务，先后出台了一系列政策法规保障学前教育的经费、管理和师资。法国学前教育发展经验对我国的启示包括：完善学前教育法规；保障学前教育经费投入；提高学前教育教师的数量和质量；补齐学前教育发展的“短板”。

Universal and balanced development are outstanding features of preschool education in France， owed to the powerful support from the France government. The support includes policies and laws on preschool education， qualified teachers， financial support and high- efficiency management. The enlightenment from the experience of preschool education in France are as following: to perfect the laws of preschool education；to guarantee enough investment in preschool education；to enhance both quantity and quality of preschool teachers as well as to level up the ＂short- slab＂ ， these are helpful to promote the preschool education in China.
