英文摘要 | Facing the problems of rural teachers' low quality, rural excellent teachers’ loss and structural imbalances of urban and rural teachers, the Korean government implements rotational teacher system between urban and rural schools. This system plays a huge role in narrowing gap between urban and rural teachers’ level, and in improving the whole quality of rural teachers and rural education quality. By analyzing the background and details of rotational teacher system in Korea, this paper tries to provide a reference for the balanced development of urban and rural teachers in China. |
