韩国城乡教师轮岗制度及其对我国的启示

Rotational Teacher System between Urban and Rural Schools in Korea and its Enlightenment to China

针对韩国农村教师整体素质不高、农村优秀教师流失严重、城乡教师结构失衡等教育问题，韩国政府实行了城乡教师轮岗制度。该制度在缩小城乡教师水平差距，提高农村教师整体素质和农村教育质量上发挥了巨大作用。本文分析了韩国城乡教师轮岗制度的产生背景与内容，以期能够对我国城乡师资的均衡发展有所启示。

Facing the problems of rural teachers' low quality， rural excellent teachers’ loss and structural imbalances of urban and rural teachers， the Korean government implements rotational teacher system between urban and rural schools. This system plays a huge role in narrowing gap between urban and rural teachers’ level， and in improving the whole quality of rural teachers and rural education quality. By analyzing the background and details of rotational teacher system in Korea， this paper tries to provide a reference for the balanced development of urban and rural teachers in China.
