Sukhomlinski once resigned the position of Superintendent of Local Educational Department and returned to Paflesh Middle School， continuing his work as a Principal. This kind of thinking is highly embodied in focusing on training up students of fully development， thinking highly of benefits of its related people， such as teachers， parents， and principal’s own benefit during the realization of the ends. That is to say， beginning from paying attention to benefits of students’ teachers’ parents and etc. to realize followers’ aima， then finally to realize the leader’s and its high authorities’ aim. Exploring and Explaining the thinking of Sukhomlinski’s principalship is valuable and not only improves the quality of our country’s Basic Education， but also realizes the principal’s professionalization.
