中小学教师教学模式创生的案例研究——基于J教师教学模式创生的启示

Case Study of Generative on Teaching Model at Elementary and Secondary School Teachers Based on Teacher J's Implications

对一位中学英语教师教学模式创生过程的案例分析表明:学校场域、教师习性和专业发展能力及专家的引领作用共同影响教师教学模式的创生;改善学校场域和建立专家引领机制是促使教师教学模式广泛生成的有力措施。

Through case analysis of the process of generative on teaching model of a secondary school teacher， we find that the factors which effect generative on teaching model together are school field， teachers’ habitus and the capacity of professional development， specialist-guiding role. The effective measures promoting generative widely on teaching model are that we improve the school field and establish the system of specialist-guiding.
