中文摘要 | 上海市浦东新区于2009 年组织了两次农民工子女学校教师的师资培训活动,活动发现,此类学校教师的流动性问题较为突出。对此,笔者从组织承诺的理论视角出发,借助自编问卷及访谈,对这一现象开展了进一步的调查研究与解释。问卷数据统计发现,与组织承诺中的情感承诺、规范承诺两个维度相比,持续承诺对教师的组织承诺具有决定性影响。围绕解决教师基本生存问题,笔者提出了提高经济收入,提供进修机会,解决职称评定问题等建议。 |
英文摘要 | Pudong organizes two teachers' training activities of non - governmental school for migrant workers' children in 2009. It is found that it has been a serious problem that the teachers of the kinds of school transferred frequently, which could be investigated and explained from the angle of organizational commitment theory. According to the three dimension of organizational commitment, the researcher makes a questionnaire consist of 12 questions, and then investigates. From the statistical data, I find that: compare to the affective commitment and normative commitment, the continuous commitment is the crucial factor of teachers' organizational commitment. Then, the researcher make deeper explanation and analysis with the related theories of organizational commitment, and point out that we should improve their level of income, provide more opportunities for training, satisfy their needs of professional ranks, and so on, which are all revolved around the teachers' basic needs of living. |
