From Actual Human to Ideal Human: Reason of the Existence of Education

教育必须直面人的现实性。人的现实性即人的第一天性，这是一切教育行动的起始之端，也是教育必须尊重的内在前提。对“理想的人”的理解，在本质上决定了教育者对“现实的人”进行教育的所有行动。一旦教育者的视野中拥有“理想的人”的指引，就使得教育行动具有不受决定论限制的自由，而且能够支撑起教育者的信念。一个人从“现实的人”到“理想的人”，离不开与之相遇的其他人的活动，这种相遇的时刻就是教育发生的时刻，它唤醒了一个人从“现实之我”走向“理想之我”的自觉。

Realistic existence of the human beings is the first in order of importance of nature. Consequently it is the beginning of all action for the education， and it is also the internal premise of education which should be respected. In essence， derstanding of ＂ ideal human ＂ is the determining factor in deciding on the education of ＂ actual man＂ by educators. ＂ Ideal man＂ as guidance for educators will make educators' action free without limitation of determinism and develop their faith. A man who from ＂ actual man＂ to ＂ ideal man＂ should meet others. The moment of meeting that is the moment of educational action，which wake one's consciousness from reality self to ideal self.
